Privacy Policy

Nod Technologies ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on www.nodtechnologies.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you give us. When you submit a contact or lead form, book a call, apply for a role, or message us on WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, work email, phone number, company, and a description of your project.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, referring site, and interactions such as form submissions. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally unless you also submit a form.
  • Information from clients. When we build or maintain software for a client, we may process data on that client's behalf under a separate agreement. That data is governed by the client's own privacy policy, not this one.

2. How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and scope, quote and deliver the services you ask for.
  • To send you project updates, proposals, invoices and support communications.
  • To improve the website, our services and our marketing.
  • To measure and optimise our advertising (for example, whether a visitor who arrived from a Google or Meta ad went on to contact us).
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send unsolicited marketing to people who have not asked to hear from us.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use the following third-party services, each of which may set cookies:

  • Google Analytics 4— website usage analytics. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — when enabled, used to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram advertising. See Meta's privacy policy.
  • Vercel — our hosting provider, which processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to deliver and secure the site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work without them.

4. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the business — hosting, database, email, analytics, advertising and communication tools (for example Vercel, MongoDB Atlas, Google and Meta). They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Because we serve clients across India, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, on infrastructure run by the providers above.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship plus the period required for accounting and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the relevant provider (currently up to 14 months for Google Analytics).

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled hosting and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us using the address below — we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
